Conversation Board

"I have been thinking" is where individuals have the opportunity to let others know what they have been thinking about, ideas that are about bringing people together and fit with the values, beliefs, mission and vision of the church. Once there is a group of people together the idea transfers into the "we've been thinking" box. People of like minds get together and work out how the idea could develop and involve other people which once in operation, makes the final transition to "We are doing..."
